Queen of Bud CBD Green Smoothie

Everyone needs a go-to smoothie recipe that will give them the energy boost they need to take on their day, whether it be in the morning, after a workout, or as a meal on the go! Our green smoothie is packed with only 5 simple, nutrient-dense ingredients that is easy to make and absolutely delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 banana (frozen)

  • 2 cups spinach (packed)

  • 1 ½ cup milk (of your choosing)

  • 1 apple (sliced)


In a blender, add the avocado, banana, spinach, apple, and milk. Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached. Pour it into your favorite glass or to-go cup and enjoy!
