1 banana (frozen)
2 cups spinach (packed)
1 ½ cup milk (of your choosing)
1 apple (sliced)
In a blender, add the avocado, banana, spinach, apple, and milk. Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached. Pour it into your favorite glass or to-go cup and enjoy!
